There is a wake up event, in the Emerald Palace where a pink-haired lady (apparently named Dorothy) resides, that is required to be seen to progress.
However you need to manually open the menu and wake up at the perfect time at the end of the event to move on, or else the game will softlock if you let the event wake you up normally.
There is an ambulance/van you must ride to reach a hospital later in the game.
It plays a missing sound effect file a few times which causes the game to crash.
To fix this, go into the Audio/SE folder and find the "Girl whimpers three times_Nightingale Music Productions_1246.mp3" file and make a copy.
Add a 7 at the end of its filename (before the .mp3).
